Anthony Awards were created in 1986 by the Bouchercon World
Mystery Convention in memory of mystery writer and critic
William Anthony Parker White. The awards are given at each
annual
Bouchercon conference. Bouchercons are organized by and for
enthusiastic fans of mystery.
